We're local and provide local support. If you prefer to wait ages on the phone to talk to someone in a call centre overseas then we're not your kettle of fish.

Installation and Routers

We can provide a router, or you can bring your own. Routers range in price but the typical home router we currently sell is $199+GST. We select the router best suited to your house based on our discussions with you.

If you BYO router we send you the username and password in order to get going. This is best suited for technical types only. We can come and install for you for a fee. Sometime's it's easier to just use the router we provide, reusing routers from previous providers doesn't tend to be compatible in most instances.
